摘要 目的 研究Fas抗原及Fas配体(Fas-L)在红斑狼疮皮损中的表达情况。方法 应用免疫组化技术检测25例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)及14例盘状红斑狼疮(DLE)不同病程的皮损中Fas抗原及Fas-L的表达。结果 SLE及DLE早期皮损角朊细胞Fas抗原表达强度显著高于正常皮肤(P<0.01),与病程呈负相关(P< 0.05),且真皮中单一核细胞亦有Fas抗原表达;红斑狼疮患者皮损及正常皮肤的角朊细胞均不表达Fas-L,仅在早期皮损真皮内单一核细胞表达Fas-L。结论 Fas系统在角朊细胞及真皮异常表达可能与红斑狼疮皮损发生、发展有关。

Expression of Fas Antigen and Fas-Ligand in Skin Lesions of Patients with Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract Objective To investigate the expression of Fas antigen and Fas ligand (Fas-L) protein in the skinlesions of patients with lupus erythematosus. Methods Animmunohistochemical technique was performed for detecting Fas antigen and Fas-L expressionin the skin lesions of 25 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 14 cases ofdiscoid lupus erythematosus (DLE). Results The positive Fas stains wereobserved in keratinocytes of early skin lesions of both DLE and SLE, and weresignificantly stronger than those of normal skin (P< 0.01), and the expression wasnegatively related to the course of the disease (P< 0.05). Positive Fas stains werealso found in mononuclear cells(MNCs) of dermis. However,Fas-L was not expressed inkeratinocytes in both skin lesions and normal skin of DLE and SLE, only existed in MNCs ofdermis in early stage lesions. Conclusion The abnormal expression ofFas and Fas-L in keratinocytes and dermal MNCs might be related to the occurrence anddevelopment of lupus skin lesions in both DLE and SLE.
