【摘要 】 目的 探讨应用Fowler-Stephens睾丸下降固定术治疗高位隐睾疗效。方法 15例、16侧高位隐睾应用Fowler-Stephens术治疗。结果 随访14侧睾丸疗效满意，术后6个月彩色多普勒超声检查显示睾丸血供正常，2侧失败。结论 手术成功的关键是不要广泛解剖精索，精索血管的切断必须在输精管与精索血管分叉以上，避免损伤输精管血管。本法治疗高位隐睾一期手术获得成功，疗效满意，值得推广应用。

    Fowler-StephensOrchidopexy in High Undescended Testes: Review of 15 Cases

【 Abstract 】 Objective To review Fowler-Stephensorchidopexy in the management of high undescended testes. Methods Fifteen patients with 16 highundescended testes underwent Fowler-Stephens urchidopexy and were followed-up. Results 14 testes were grossly normalwhereas the remaining 2 were atrophic. Doppler ultrasound performed 6 monthpost-operatively revealed normal testicular blood flow.Conclusions The key to success inFowler-Stephens orchidopexy lies in minimal dissection of spermatic cord and transectionof testicular vessels well above the testes. It is a feasible operation for highundescended testes.
