摘要 目的：总结膝关节镜在小儿骨科中的临床应用。方法：本组32例，男18例，女14例，年龄6～14岁，应用美国Stryker关节镜对32例儿童膝关节疾病进行了检查及手术。结果：随访2个月～5年，优25例，良5例，差2例，优良率93.75%。结论：由于小儿膝关节疾病的症状和体征与成年人相比具有特殊性，因此，膝关节镜检查及手术在诊断和治疗小儿膝关节疾病方面是一种有效的方法。

    Pediatric Arthroscopy: Its Application

Abstract Objective: To summarize the experience ofarthro scopy in children, Methods: Thirty-two children (male 18, female 14)with mean ageof 10.5 years (range 6-14 years)underwent arthroscopy(Stryker TM) of the knee. Results:The results were good in 25, satisfactory in 5 and poor in 2 with a follow-up of 2 monthsto 5 years. The good and satisfactory outcome accounted for 93.7% of the total.Conclusion: Arthroscopy is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of knee pathology inchildren.
