【摘要 】 目的 检测 24例重度牙周炎患者口腔螺旋体对替硝唑的敏感性。方法 用替硝唑药膜治疗牙周炎，分别取用药前后患者的龈下菌斑涂片，用 2%刚果红复染色在油镜下计数 200个细菌中螺旋体所占的比例。结果 用药后牙周炎患者的临床指标及螺旋体的比例均明显降低。结论 局部应用替硝唑能有效改善临床症状，大大降低螺旋体在口腔菌群中的比例。

     【 Abstract 】 Objective To test the effect of TNZ on oralspirochete among 24 patients with severe periodontitis.Methods Bacterial plaque samples wereobtained before and after the administration of TNZ. The samples were stained with 2%Congo red. The persentage of spirochete was detected in every 200 bacteria under the oilimmersion microscope.Results There was a signifiant fall in the clinical indices of thepatients and the percentage of spirochete.Conclusion TNZ apparently alleviates periodontitis patients′ symptoms and reduces the number of spirochete in oral bacteria. It can inhibit periodontitis.
