【摘要】 目的 评价全自动血培养系统BacT/Alert系统的功能及影响因素。方法 1800份血标本应用BacT/Alert系统的分析结果对其分离阳性率、假阳性率、阳性最早出现时间及所分离出有意义的病原微生物进行讨论和评价。结果 1800份血液标本用 BacT/Alert全自动血液培养仪检测，检出阳性标本 363份(20.2%)；平均假阳性率为1.6%；系统总体阳性出现时间分别为≤10小时占20.8%；10～24小时占41.6%；24～48小时占35.6%；超过48小时报告阳性占2%。结论 BacT/Alert系统全自动血液分析仪具有自动化程度高、快速、正确等优点，严格控制各项操作条件是正确报告的关键。

    Clinical evaluation of BacT/Alert andthe factor for false positive Zhang Xiuzhen, Xuan Tianzhi, Hu Yunjian. Beijing Hospital, Beijing100730

    【 Abstract 】 Objective To evaluate function and Analyze the factor for falsepositive for BacT/Alert-blood culture system. Methods A total of 1800 blood culture sets were obtained frominpatients and outpatients. For each culture 8 ml of blood was inocu-lated into both theaerobic and anaerobic standard bottle of BacT / Alert system. We evaluated positive rates,false positive rates、 speedand the ability to detect aerobic anaerobic and facultatively microorganism. Results In a total of 1800 culture sets,363 cases were obtained positive. positive cases were distributed in respiratory,emergency and ICU department. To calculate the time of 101 strains, 20.8% were foundpositive in less than 10 hours, 41.6% positive in less than 24 hours, 35.6% positiveduring 24～ 48 hours.and 2% positive over 48 hours. Among the 1119 strains, 1.6% were false positive.Conclusion Theautomated blood system BacT/Alert appears to be of speedy, reliable, and labor-savingfeatures.
