阿尔茨海默病相关基因载脂蛋白E的多态性分析

【摘要】 目的 研究北京地区阿尔茨海默病(AD)与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因的ε4等位基因的相互关系。方法 我们收集了30例AD患者的资料，其中男22例,女8例,平均年龄72±10岁。取外周血，抗凝，酚、氯仿法提取DNA。采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析技术对ApoE基因的多态性进行了分析。结果 AD患者其ApoEε2，ε3和ε4基因频率依次为0.067、0.700和0.233，而北京地区正常人群依次为0.100、0.843和0.057。AD患者的ApoEε4基因频率明显高于正常人群。结论 结果提示ApoE ε4与AD密切相关，推理ApoEε4基因型者可能与易患AD有关。
