摘要 目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的变化及意义。方法 采用放射免疫法检测36例HIE患儿和18例正常新生儿血浆CGRP水平变化。结果 HIE急性期血浆CGRP水平明显增高,其中重度组明显高于对照组、轻度组及中度组,中度组高于对照组和轻度组,轻度组与对照组无显著性差异。恢复期血浆CGRP降至正常水平。结论 CGRP参与了新生儿HIE的病理生理过程。

Abstract Objective To study the changes of plasma calcitonin-gene related peptide (CGRP) levels and their clinical implication in newborninfants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Dynamic variations of plasma CGRP levels were measured in36 newborn infants with HIE and 18 normal infants by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma CGRP levels markedlyelevated in acute stage of HIE, especially in severe and moderate groups. There was agradual decrease in plasma CGRP levels in its convalescent stage. Conclusion CGRP might play a critical role in pathophysiologicalmechanisms of HIE.
