【摘要】 目的 观察应用上臂短缩、神经移位术治疗全臂丛根性损伤的初步疗效。方法 对3例全臂丛根性损伤，采用上臂短缩、相对延长患侧神经后，将其尺神经、正中神经通过皮下隧道转移至健侧，分别与健侧颈₇ 神经根前、后股神经作直接缝合。患侧桡神经通过皮下隧道与同侧膈神经作直接缝合。结果 3例瘫痪手的手功能获得部分重建。结论 上臂短缩、上肢神经相对延长后移位于健侧的方法，能使全臂丛根性损伤患者的手功能获得部分恢复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome of total b rachial plexus root avulsions by nerve transfer through limb shortening. M ethods The upper arms of the affected side in three cases of brachial p lexus root avulsion were sh ortened so that the nerves were relatively lengthened. Then the median,ulnar and radial nerves were anastomosed to the anterior division,posterior division of t he contralateral C7 nerve root, and the ipsilateral phrenic nerve respectively t hrough subcutaneous tunnels. All cases were followed for an average of 16 months . Results Partial recovery of wrist motion and hand function was found in 3 case s. Conclusions The treatment of total brachial plexus root avul sions by nerve transfer through limb shortening led to partial recovery of hand function.
