两种透气式舰员防毒服热生理效应比较(论著)

摘要 目的:在热环境和中等运动负荷条件下,比较和量化穿着两种透气式舰员防毒服(新NC服和现HC服)人员的热应激反应和机体的热负荷状态。方法:受试人员为8名未经热习服锻炼的男性战士。在热环境中,受试人员分别着两种实验服装进行跑台步行运动试验;步行的速度和坡度分别为1.11 m/s和5%,试验持续时间为80分钟。监测指标包括:直肠温度(Tre )、皮肤温度(Tsk )、热蓄积率(ΔS)以及出汗率和汗蒸发率等。结果:与着HC服相比,着NC服时受试人员的Tre 、Tsk 和ΔS响应显著增加,出汗率和汗蒸发率没有显著差异。结论:受试人员在着NC服时产生了更强的热应激反应,机体的热负荷也更高,同时受试人员主诉着NC服比着HC服感到更不舒适。

Abstract Aim: To compare and quantify the physiological heat stress of personnel wearing two different types of permeable navy protective clothing(the new NC suit and the current HC suit) in hot environment. Methods: Eight heat unacclimatized male soldiers(20.0 ± 0.8y,1.71± 0.04m,63.8± 5.7kg) wearing the two test suits separately were exposured for 80 min to a climatic condition of 34℃ and 53% RH while performing a workload of continuous treadmill walking at the speed of 1.11 m/s and a slope of 5%. During the exposure period, rectal(Tre ) and skin(Tsk ) temperatures and heat storage rate(Δ S) of the test subjects were monitored every 5min. At the completion of each test, sweat loss and self-reported symptoms were recorded. Results: Significant (P< 0.05) NC vs HC differences were observed in the physiological responses and heat balance parameters: Tre was 1.01± 0.08℃vs 0.82± 0.17℃ ......
