摘要 目的 探讨螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)在内脏动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用和价值。 方法7例经手术证实的内脏动脉瘤患者进行了SCTA检查,成像技术为表面遮盖法(SSD)和最大信号强度投影法(MIP),其中2例同时做了血管造影检查。 结果 7例内脏动脉瘤患者术前均准确定性、定位,与手术结果完全一致。 结论 SCTA作为一种无创性血管成像方法,在诊断内脏动脉瘤方面,具有分辨率高、快速、准确、经济等优点,SSD较MIP能提供更多的信息,将有可能取代传统血管造影。

Clinical application and value of spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysms

Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT angiography (SCTA) in the diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysms. Methods SCTA was performed in 7 cases with visceral artery aneurysms confirmed by surgery. Three-dimensional images were reconstructed, utilizing the shaded surface display (SSD) and maximum intensity projection (MIP). Conventional angiography was also performed in 2 cases. Results The accurate diagnosis and localization of visceral artery aneurysms in all seven cases were achieved by SCTA prior to operation and corresponded to surgical findings.
