【摘要】 目的 探讨心电门控快速单层多相梯度回聚回波(FMPGR)成像技术及其临床应用。方法 对112例心脏检查者在常规序列成像后进行单或多个方位的单层多相扫描,将所得图像用翻页(paging)方法观察。结果 112例均有超声心动图资料对照,其中52例经手术证实。在这52例中,4例房间隔缺损(ASD)和1例室间隔缺损(VSD)经FMPGR扫描显示,而常规心脏扫描及超声心动图则未显示。8例动脉导管未闭(PDA)经超声显示,而FMPGR序列显示了7例,常规扫描序列仅明确显示了2例。结论 心脏磁共振常规扫描辅以FMPGR扫描,能较好地显示心脏病变及观察心脏功能状态。

Abstract】 Objective To study magnetic resonanceimaging technique using ECG-triggered single segmented multi-phase acquisition(fastmulti-phase gradient-recalled-echo, FMPGR) and its clinical application in cardiacdiseases. Methods 112 patients with heart diseases underwent FMPGR with oneor more positions after routine MRI sequence. The images obtained with FMPGR weredisplayed by a mode of paging. Results All 112 patients had echocardiography data for comparingwith operative findings available in 52 patients. 4 Atrial septal defects (ASD) and 1Ventricular septal defect (VSD) of these 52 patients shown by FMPGR sequence were notdisplayed by routine MRI and echocardiography. All 8 patent ductus arterious (PDAs)confirmed by surgery were shown by echocardiography and 7 by FMPGR and only 2 by routine MRI. Conclusions The method of routine heart MRI supplemented by FMPGR isvery useful for diagnosis of heart disease.
