摘 要 为了解天津市场茶叶卫生状况，对146户茶叶经营单位进行卫生学调查。结果显示，天津茶叶经营户多为个体(约占95.3%)，茶叶多来自福建省，存在的卫生问题有：无证经营，运输、存放不符合卫生要求，农药残留超标，大肠菌群、霉菌、酵母污染等较严重。表明茶叶市场需要更严格的管理，建议制定更全面的茶叶卫生标准。

Investigation on healthstatus of tea in Tianjin city/Zhang Bing Zhang Pei Liu Zhisheng et al.//ChineseJournal of Food Hygiene.-1999,11(3):11～13

    For knowledgement of health status of tea in Tianjin city, 146 distributionagencies were inspected. Most(95.3%) of the distributors were individual agency. The teawas always from Fujian province. The health problems as following: distribution withoutlicensure, poor health situation in handling and preservation, high pesticide residue,pollution of coliform group, mold and yeast, indicated the need of management and newstandard of tea.
