【摘要】目的评估结直肠癌的切除范围。方法采用单克隆抗体识别的流式细胞分析技术对30例结直肠癌标本的肿瘤组织(T)、癌旁2cm(P2)、癌旁5cm(P5)及远癌切端正常组织(N)进行4点检测，分析各点间DNA指数(DI)、增殖期细胞百分比(SPF)及增殖指数(PI)的差异性。结果T组织异倍体率显著高于P2、P5及N组织，P2与P5组织间异倍体率差异无显著性，而P2、P5组织异倍体率显著高于N组织；T组织的SPF及PI值明显高于P2、P5及N组织，而P2、P5及N各点间检测结果差异无显著性。结论癌旁5cm处组织细胞已出现了潜在的恶变倾向，从而对癌旁5cm作为切除范围的标准已属安全的观点提出了质疑。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety of distalexcision range in colorectal cancer. Methods The cellular aneuploidy rate of colorectalcarcinoma,tissue 2 cm(P2) and 5 cm(P5) away from distal tumor margin and the normal tissuefrom 30 samples was detected by the flow cytometry. To improve the accuracy andspecificity,cells were sorted in advance by monoclonal antibody against K-ras protein. DNA index(DI),S-phase fraction(SPF) and proliferation index(PI) were analyzed. Results Theaneuploidy rate in tumors was significantly higher than that in P2,P5 and normal tissues,meanwhile this rate in P2 and P5 significantly higher than that in normal tissues. Nodifference of aneuploidy rate was found between P2 and P5 tissues.The SPF and PI increasedsignificantly in tumors compared with P2,P5 and normal tissues ......
