【摘 要 】 目的 总结先天性膈疝的诊治经验。方法 对中山医科大学附属第一医院和孙逸仙纪念医院1971～1997年收治的32例先天性膈疝患儿临床表现、诊断、手术治疗和围手术期处理等方面的诊治经验进行总结。结果 本组病例治愈率94%,死亡的2例患儿均合并其他先天畸形。结论 临床应着重提高产前诊断率和对高危患儿的诊治水平。

【Abstract 】 Objective To summarize the experiences ofdiagnosis and treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH). Methods A retrospective analysis was doneon 32 CDH patients treated in our hospital and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from 1971 to1997, paying full attention to diagnosis, clinical presentation, analysis of wrongdiagnosis, operation and perioperative care, etc. Results The cure rate of this group was94%, two patients who died after operation had other malformations. Conclusion To improve the prenatal diagnosisof CDH and raise the level of treatment of high risk infants are very important.
