【摘要】 目的 探讨转染Caspase-1基因对胃癌细胞生物学特性的影响。方法 将人凋亡基因Caspase-1的重组逆转录病毒导入胃癌细胞株X-108，对转染阳性细胞的体外增殖、细胞培养液中CEA含量及裸鼠致瘤性进行分析。结果 导入的Caspase-1基因使细胞增殖周期发生变化，G₁ 期细胞数目增多，S期细胞数目减少。转染细胞培养液CEA含量有下降趋势。胃癌细胞株X-108-Caspase-1体外生长速度明显受抑，裸鼠体内致瘤性降低，肿瘤生长缓慢。结论 Caspase-1不能促使X-108胃癌细胞凋亡，但可以使其增殖受抑，肿瘤细胞的恶性程度降低。
