摘 要 目的：研究经食管超声心动图(TEE)作为影像学引导射频导管消融术(RFCA)时大头电极导管到位的可行性。方法：5只健康杂种犬，分别由TEE引导大头电极导管入左心和右心系统。结果：TEE引导大头电极导管到左、右心相应部位的成功率均为100%。结论：TEE可引导RFCA时大头电极导管的顺利到位。

The ExperimentalStudy of Transesophageous Echocardiography Used as Image Guide during RadiofrequencyCatheter Ablation

ABSTRACT Objective:Toinvestigate the feasibility of transesophageous echocardiography used as image guideduring radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods：Five mongrel dogs(10-13.5kg) were usedas model. The radiofrequency catheters were inserted in the left and right heartindividually at the left ventriclular side of mitral valve and middle site ofinterventricular septum; the right ventricular side of tricuspide and right ventricularoutflow.Results:The catheter arrival rates in corresponding site of left and rightventricles were 100%.Conclusion:Transesophageous echocardiography used as image guideduring radiofrequency catheter ablation of WPW syndrome and idiopathic ventriculartachycardia is successfully available.
