摘 要 目的：探讨超声检查对恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结监测的可行性、特征性与实用性。方法：回顾性分析了78例恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结肿大的声像图表现特点,结果：超声检查可以准确显示腹腔淋巴结的位置、大小、形态及声像特征,并为临床提供诊断依据。结论：超声检查是监测和发现恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结肿大的一种有效的方法。

ABSTRACT Objective: Todetect the abdominal lymph nodes in patients with malignant tumors by ultrasound.Methods：Theultrasonic features of the abdominal cavity lymph nodes on 78 cases with malignant tumorswere reviewed.Results:The position,size,shape and ultrasonic features of the abdominalcavity lymph nodes were reviewed and analysed.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is a effectivepractice for such a diagnosis performance.
