摘 要 目的:建立和发展一种新的人体超声组织衰减成像方法。方法:将超声脉冲回波信号中的组织衰减分量通过一联机的计算机及专门算法提取处理并逐点成像。通过对感兴趣区的直方图测量可对组织衰减值进行定量估算。结果:已取得了一些脏器组织正常和病理状态的超声衰减图像,提供了有价值和前所未有的组织结构和病理状况信息。结论:人体组织衰减成像原理正确、方法可行。本项研究工作有待进一步深化。

Human UltrasonicTissue Attenuation Imaging

ABSTRACT Objective:Toestablish and develop a new technology of human ultrasonic tissue attenuationimaging(UAI).Methods:It used a new testing and calculating method in an ultrasonicscanner and an online computer with a specialized algorithm to pick up the tissueattenuation component from the ultrasonic pulse echo signal.Then the attenuation componentwas pixel by pixel processed to an attenuation image.Through the histogram of ROI thevalue of tissues attenuation can be estimated quantitatively.Results:We have got someattenuation images from normal human organs and pathological tissues in vivo.It providesmuch valuable and unprecedented image information in organs,tissue structure and itspathological status.It will carry the study of tissue characterization technology to a newstage.Conclusion:The principle of UAI is right and the method is practical.This study willbe further development.
