摘要 目的：设计制作适合在网络环境使用的腰椎间盘突出症康复多媒体教学系统。方法：通过网络收集腰椎间盘突出症康复的各种多媒体素材，部分图像以数码相机、扫描仪等方式数字化；使用的制作软件为Frontpage2000、Photodraw等。结果：①资料内容丰富、信息量大，有多段腰椎间盘突出症病理及临床表现的动画演示；②以多级目录式结构交互显示每种项目的内容，界面友好，使用非常方便。③在局域网、Internet等网络环境下运行良好。结论：设计合理、使用方便、适合在网络环境运行的多媒体教学软件将在临床教学方面起到重要的作用。

Abstracts Objective:Todesign and program multimedia medical teaching system of lumbar intervertebral discdegeneration for network environment.Method:To collect the materials of lumbarintervetebral disc degeneration from Internet and digital camera and scanner with usingFrontpage 2000 and Photodraw for programming.Result: ①Therewere many animating demonstration programs of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration inthe teaching system. ②With friendly interface andeasier and more flexible operation. ③Running reliableand stable in local network environment and Internet.Conclusion:Well-designed andprogrammed medical teaching system should be easily accepted and play an important role inmodern medical education.
