摘要 为了探讨细胞粘附分子CD15表达及含量与乳腺癌分化程度和淋巴结转移状况的关系,应用微波-SP法和图像分析技术,对94例乳腺癌和10例正常乳腺组织中CD15的表达及含量进行检测。结果:CD15表达阳性物质在正常乳腺中很有极性地位于腺上皮游离面,而在乳腺癌中主要分布于浆膜;CD15表达阳性率和图像定量分析平均光密度值在乳腺癌组织中均显著高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.005,P<0.001),并均随乳腺癌分化程度减低和淋巴结转移而显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结果表明,CD15表达与乳腺癌的发生、细胞增殖、分化和转移密切相关,对判断乳腺癌恶性程度、预测生物学行为和预后可能是一良好标志。

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF CELL ADHESION MOLECULECD15 IN HUMAN BREAST CARCINOMAS

Abstract To study the relationshipbetween the expression and contents of cell adhesion molecule CD15 and differentiation andlymph nodes metastasis of breast carcinomas, CD15 expression and its contents in 94 casesof breast carcinomas and or cases of normal breast tissue were evaluated by microwave-SPimmunohistochemical chenique combined with image analysis. CD15 immunoreactivity in normalbreast tissue was mainly localised at the border of gland, but in breast cancer tissues itwas mainly localised in the membrane and cytoplasm. Positive rate of CD15 and its averageoptic density in breast carcinomas were significantly higher than those in normal breasttissue (P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectively). The worse tumors differentiated and theearlier lymph nodes metastasized, the higher CD15 expressed and its optic density wasmeasured (P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectively). These results suggest that CD15expression and its contents might be a useful indicator to evaluate the malignancy andbiological features, and could be considered as a good prognostic predictor for breastcarcinomas.
