摘 要 目的：探讨组织谐波成像技术(THI)在显像困难患者的心内膜边界确定和室壁运动评分中的应用价值。方法：60例因肥胖、肺气过多及高龄原因所致常规超声显像不满意患者，按标准16节段进行基波和组织谐波状态下心内膜边界勾画和室壁运动评分分析。结果：谐波状态下心内膜边界评分在全部节段中71%得到改善，其中包括29%节段从不能勾画或勾画不良改善为显像较清晰或良好。室壁运动评分在108/960个节段中更改。结论：组织谐波成像技术能使显像困难患者心内膜的边界显示更加清晰、室壁运动的评定更为准确。

Application Value of TissueHarmonic Imaging on Endocardial Border Definition and Wall Motion Scoring

ABSTRACT Objective and Method:Todiscuss and compare tissue harmonic imaging on endocardial border definition and wallmotion scoring in 60 technically difficult patients.Using a standard 16-segmentmodel,endocardial border definition for each wall segment was graded from 1 to 4.Wallmotion was scored 1 to 5 scale.Results:Visualization of 71% of all the segments improvedin harmonic mode,with 29% improving from poor/not to good/excellent seen,Scoring ofwall motion was altered in 108 of 960 segments by harmonic mode.Conclusion:This studydemonstrated that tissue harmonic imaging has significant impact on endocardial borderdefinition and wall motion scoring.
