摘 要 目的与方法：报告216例胎龄20～40周胎盘厚度，胎盘后间隙的彩色多普勒检测。结果：正常胎盘厚度<5cm，彩色多普勒清晰显示胎盘后间隙。而植入胎盘厚度>5cm，胎盘后间隙消失。结论：彩色多普勒超声对胎盘厚度及其后间隙的检测，能够产前预报植入胎盘。

ABSTRACT Objective and Methods:Dopplerultrasonography study of the placenta thickness and posterior placenta space in 216fetuses of 20～40 weeks gestation.Results:Doppler ultrosonography clearly displayed thenormal placenta thickness<5cm and the posterior placenta space.But placenta percretathickness>5cm and the posterior placenta space disappeared.Conclusion:Color Dopplerultrasonography study of the placenta thickness and its posterior space can prenatallyindict placenta adnormal and placenta percreta.
