摘 要：本文对近年兴起的高强聚焦超声技术“切除”肿瘤的机理，做了全面的评述与讨论。指出，热机制是它第一位的重要机理。在一般情况下，最好限于利用热机制；而在另外一些情况下，则可有控制地利用空化机制。对监控超声空化发生的技术也做了讨论。

Mechanismsof Ablating Tumor with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

ABSTRACT The mechanisms of ablating tumor with highintensity focused ultrasound technique raised in recent years have been comprehensivelyreviewed in this paper.It has been pointed out that the thermal mechanism is the primaryand essential ablating mechanism. In general cases the thermal mechanism should be used.Only in some special cases the cavitation mechanism could be used under control. Themonitoring technique for occurrence of cavitation has also been discussed.
