摘 要 目的：应用超声心动图彩色室壁运动技术(CK)检测室壁运动,以评价冠脉搭桥术效果。方法：对20例患者(男18例, 女2例, 年龄46～73岁)分别于术前、术后测量心内膜位移幅度(SEM)及心内膜位移速度(Vsem)。结果：冠脉搭桥术可使室壁运动功能得到改善,但心肌梗塞的节段室壁运动术后恢复较差,高血压、高脂血症及高粘血症对术后室壁运动的早期恢复无影响。结论：CK技术对评价冠脉搭桥术疗效以及预测再狭窄具有很好的作用。

    

Echocardiography AnalyzesVentricle Wall Motion in Evaluating the Effect of Coronary Factors Bypass Graft Surgeryand Its Influential Factors

ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate theeffect of coronary-artery bypass graft surgery(CABG)we analyzed ventricle wall motion withechocardiographic color kinesis.Methods：SEM and Vsem were measured in 20 cases withcoronary artery diseases(18 men,2 women;mean age 60.35years)before and afterCABG.Results:The ventrical motion improved significantly after CABG,but the improvement ofthe ventrical motion in case associated with myocardial infarction wasn′t good.Hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity didn′t influence the early recovery ofthe ventrical motion after CABG.Conclusion:CK can evaluate the effect of CABG andforecasting the restenosis of the graft vessel.
