摘 要 目的：利用彩色多普勒显像技术评价肝癌集束电极射频治疗术的早期效果。方法：采用彩色多普勒血流显像仪对28例肝癌患者，集束电极射频治疗术前后1周肿瘤内血流动力学变化进行观察。结果：集束电极射频治疗前28例肝癌患者38个结节中31个可测及血流信号，以动静脉混合血流供血为主，治疗后有血流的31个肿块中11个血流减少，14个完全消失，肿瘤内Ⅱ～Ⅲ级血供及动静脉双重供血明显减少。早期观察认为血流减少或消失与肿块缩小相一致，双重供血的大肿块血流减少不及小肿块。结论：彩色多普勒对肝癌射频治疗前后血流的变化可以给肝癌射频治疗的预后提供重要指标，为重复治疗提供依据。
CDFI Investigation of HepaticCancer Changes after Cluster Electrode Radio Frequency Treatment

ABSTRACT Objective:CDFI evaluatescluster electrode radio frequency therapeutic effect of hepatic cancer.Methods：Thehemodynamics changes of 38 tumors in 28 cases of hepatic cancer were investigated by CDFIbefore and after one week of cluster electrode radio frequency ablation.Results:Beforetreatment,the blood signals were found in 31 cancer nodes(79% of all 38 nodes),aftertreatment,blood signals were reduced in 11 nodes and disappeared in 14 nodes.It impliedthat the decrease of blood supply were parallel to the reduction of node size,but the hugenodes with rich blood supply were no better than the small nodes.Conclusion:CDFI is usefulto assess the blood supply in ablation of hepatic cancer using cluster electrode radiofrequency therapy.
