摘 要 目的：应用超声评价肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。方法：25例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤经手术和病理证实，其瘤体内血管、平滑肌和脂肪的数量对声像图表现的影响进行了研究。结果：肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的声像图表现取决于瘤体内血管、平滑肌和脂肪的数量。当瘤体以脂肪成份为主时，表现为与肾窦内脂肪一样的强回声；当瘤体以血管和平滑肌成份为主时，其回声水平与肾皮质相当；当瘤体内脂肪和平滑肌均占较大比例时，表现为回声强弱不等或强弱相间的洋葱切面样改变。结论：对于典型病例，超声很好诊断，但对不典型病例，可被误诊为肾癌或腹膜后肿物，应引起注意。

ABSTRACT Objective:Toevaluate the renal angiomyolipoma with ultrasonography.Methods：Twenty-five patients withrenal angiomyolipoma were confirmed by operation and pathology.The influences of amount ofvessel,muscle and fat on sonographic appearance were studied.Results:Angiomyolipomascomposing mainly of fat tissue showed strong echoes same as the fat in renal sinus;mainlyof vessels and muscles showed low echoes same as renal cortex;mainly of fats and musclesshowed inhomogeneous echoes like the section of onion.Conclusion:Typical angiomyolipomacan be well diagnosed by ultrasonography,while atypical cases may be misdiagnosed as renalcarcinoma or retroperitoneal neoplasm.
