摘 要 目的与方法：妊娠7～9个月脑垂体分泌激素的作用，乳腺开始为分泌乳汁作准备。超声检查显示乳腺组织结构回声特征。结果：乳房增大，中心区乳腺组织较正常乳腺增厚1.87倍；周围脂肪变薄。乳腺导管系统增多扩大，以乳腺基底部和边缘为显著；乳腺与周围组织的血管增粗血流量增多。结论：乳腺质地超声分型为分析哺乳期泌乳、乳腺病变与乳腺结构的关系，提示超声图像基础。

    

The Ultrasonic Images of Breastin the Later Gestation Period——The third part of ultrasonic serial study of breast

ABSTRACT Objective and Methods：From 7to 9 month of gestation perod,effect of hormone secreted by hypophysis brings breast toprepare for lactation,the echo characters of breast were study.Results:The mammary tissueturns bigger,the center tissue is 1.87 times thicker than normal,the fat around turnsthinner,the duct system turns more and thicker,and blood flow increased.Conclusion:Thesediscoveries give ultrasonic image bases to prospect the forthcoming lactation period.
