摘 要 目的：探讨三维超声在膀胱疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法：本文对52例患者在膀胱充盈状态下,进行二维超声、三维超声成像,描述了膀胱内不同疾病的三维图像特征。图像采集方法为磁场空间定位自由扫查。结果：三维超声成像所建图像逼真清晰、形态直观、立体感强、空间关系明确,并可确定病变的部位、范围和其表面结构,尤其是肿瘤对膀胱壁的浸润情况。结论：三维超声成像对膀胱疾病的诊断和鉴别,以及制定治疗方案提供更为丰富的信息。

ABSTRACT Objective:To study the valueof 3-D in diagnosis of bladder diseases.Methods：Fifty-two patients′s bladderultrasonograms were obtained for analysis.Results: 3-D reconstruction can provide clearsteroscopic views of the interesting structures,the morphological characteristics of thelesions and the surrounding possible involvements.Conclusion:3-D ultrasonography isbenefit in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of a lot of bladder diseases.
