【摘要】目的 探讨丘脑出血(TH)合并上消化道大出血的临床特点、诱发因素、诊疗经过、经验教训以及预后。方法 对8年中经影像学检查证实丘脑出血合并上消化道大出血住院的46例病人进行临床分析，对死亡病例进行总结经验。结果 235例丘脑出血患者中，合并上消化道大出血的为46例，其中治愈7例，好转10例，死亡29例。结论 TH合并上消化道大出血是严重威胁患者生命的急症，对重症患者进行预防，对有前兆的患者及早进行紧急抢救是降低其死亡率的有效手段。
