【摘要】 目的 观察智能型子午流注补泻治疗仪(智能电针仪)在不稳定性劳力型心绞痛患者中的治疗效果。方法 选择冠心病不稳定性劳力型心绞痛患者53例，随机分为治疗组32例和对照组21例;两组均给予常规西药治疗，另外，治疗组加用智能电针仪，通过心经针灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛、心电图的变化，及硝酸甘油片增减量。结果 治疗组中心绞痛缓解的有效率，心电图改善率、硝酸甘油减少率均优于对照组，差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论 该电针仪针灸能明显提高不稳定性劳力型心绞痛的治疗效果。

    Clinical observace for treating unstable effort angina with intelligence-type meridianal galvanoacupuncture reinforcing and reducing therapeutic equipment
