【摘要】目的 探讨脑海绵状血管瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 分析9例脑海绵状血管瘤的临床表现和手术治疗。结果 9例病人均行手术治疗，效果满意。结论 脑海绵状血管瘤缺乏特有的临床征象，早期诊断比较困难，主要依靠CT或MRI。根据患者症状选择治疗方案。

    Realizing for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral cavernous hemangioma

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral cavernous hemangioma.Methods The clinical feature and surgical treatment of9cases of cerebral cavernous hemangioma were analysed.Results All9cas-es underwent surgical operation.The effects of treatment of all9cases are good.Conclusion Cerebral cavernous he-mangioma lacks specific characters clinically.It's early diagnosis mainly depends on CT or MRI.Different therapies should be chosen according to the patients symptom.
