【摘要】 目的 评价球帽固位的种植覆盖义齿修复牙槽嵴低平的下颌缺失的临床效果。 方法 16例下牙列缺失且牙槽嵴低平的患者共植入Branemark系统和BLB系统牙种植体33枚，利用球帽附着体制作覆盖义齿，临床追踪观察2～10年。 结果 覆盖义齿的固位和使用效果满意，种植体周围骨吸收高度第一年平均降低0.7～0.8mm，以后平均每年小于0.2mm。 结论 球帽固位种植覆盖义齿是修复牙槽嵴低平型下牙列缺失的有效方法。

    A clinical evaluation of implant-supported mandibular overdentures

    【Abstract】 Objective To inquire into the clinical effects of ball attachment supported overdenture in patients with mandibular alveolar ridge defect.Methods Thirty-three pieces of Branemark system and BLB system implants were used to restore sixteen patients with mandibular alveolar ridge defect and a2to10years clinical evaluation of the ball attachment supported ovendenture was finished.Results The overdenture could supply reliable retention and highly masticatory efficiency.Mean marginal bone loss was0.7to0.8mm the first year and less than0.2mm once a year in the future.Conclusion Ball attachments supported overdenture can be used in patients with mandibular alveolar ridgedefect. ......
