【摘要】 通过研究近年来有关阿齐霉素的文献资料，表明阿齐霉素在治疗细菌性和非细菌性感染方面有较好的疗效和安全性。阿齐霉素抗菌谱广，临床应用时间短，耐药菌株少，适合于呼吸系统和皮肤软组织细菌性感染。阿齐霉素对肺炎支原体(MP)、解脲支原体(CT)、沙眼衣原体(UU)、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)等引起的感染疗效也很好。研究资料表明，阿齐霉素疗效确切，安全性高，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 By refer to recently document of azithromycin，indicate azithromycin is an effective and safe antibiotics for the treatment of bacterial and nonbacterial infections.Azithoromycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic and have a lower resistance.so azithromycin is a superior antibiotics for treatment of respiratory and urinary-tract infections.Azithromycin can treat of MP，CT，UU and Hp infections effectivly.Azithromycin is an effective and safe drug.It is worth spreading.
