【摘要】 在医疗实践中，医务人员会经常遇到在多种符合道德要求的行为方案间进行选择的困惑。如果不能有效解决这种价值性难题，会带来医患冲突并挫伤医务人员的工作热情。伦理决策是解决这一问题的有效方式，本文通过对于伦理决策模式的分析与运用，为解决医学伦理困境，构建和谐的医患关系提供参考。

    【Abstract】 As a doctor，it is a very complicated problem how to do a right moral practice when who meets a moral dilemma.If a doctor can not smoothly solve this trouble，the result would be a conflict between the doctor and pa-tients，even the doctor's working enthusiasm would be dampened also.Ethical decision is an action model helpful in moral dilemma.In this thesis，writer mainly discussed ethical decision-making model in order to help doctors to do a right moral practice.
