【摘要】 目的 探讨康复运动+溶栓对急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效。 方法 40例AMI患者被随机分为二组:第Ⅰ组为静脉溶栓治疗，第Ⅱ组为静脉溶栓+康复运动(4周程序)治疗。 结果 4周内死亡例数第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别有3、2例，出院后1年内死亡例数两组顺序分别是4、2例。 结论 康复运动+溶栓可改善急性心肌梗死远期预后。
