【摘要】 PET/CT虽然是PET与CT的结合，但其作用却大于PET加CT，它的影像能向我们表达细胞分子的功能及相应的解剖位置范围。由此可确定心血管、神经系统和肿瘤等疾病及性质。判定放射治疗的靶区，了解化疗的效果。但某些情况下也存在假阳性假阴性的不足。本文简要介绍PET/CT原理，应用中优势与不足。

    【Abstract】 PET/CT is combining the best of PET and CT.The result is displaying the biography molecular image.This ingenious scanning device makes it possible to see detail anatomy and functional processes at the molecular level of internal organs and living tissue through a single noninvasivediagnostic procedure.This paper discusses the princi-ples of PET/CT，its advantage and disadvantage.
