【摘要】 目的 研究肤洁灵的方药组成、制备工艺、制剂质量标准、安全性和治疗“昆明疹”的临床疗效。 方法 应用中医药基本理论和现代药理成果研究肤洁灵方药组成;利用中药汤剂的优势结合现代药剂学理论确定制备工艺;根据《中华人民共和国药典》2000版研究制定质量控制标准，完成药物安全性实验;采用白色擦剂和肤洁灵进行随机、同期对照，观察临床疗效。 结果与结论 肤洁灵组方科学，制备工艺合理，质量标准可控，使用安全，治疗“昆明疹”痊愈率为82.18%，与白色擦剂比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);总有效率为98.02%，高于白色擦剂，是理想的局部用中药制剂。
