【摘要】 目的 探讨急性附睾睾丸炎的中西医结合疗法与皮下环精索封闭疗法疗效比较。 方法 对我院1998～2004年所对急性附睾睾丸炎的诊疗，应用中西医结合疗法(以下简为中西医疗法)及皮下环精索封闭疗法(以下简称封闭疗法)治疗，分别为56例及32例，进行疗效分析。 结果 中西医结合疗法组1周治愈率为37%，封闭疗法1周治愈率28%，2周治愈率中西医疗法为93%，封闭疗法为84%。 结论 从本组病例治疗效果观察，中西医疗法疗效优于封闭疗法
