【摘要】 目的 探讨交锁髓内钉在胫骨下段骨折中的应用。 方法 应用透视下复位及交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折50例，其中闭合骨折44例，开放骨折6例。开放骨折中Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型2例，ⅢA型2例。结果 46例获得随访，平均12个月(3～15个月)，最终结果评分采用Johner Wruh评分标准，优43例，良2例，差1例，无一例感染。骨折全部愈合，无锁钉及髓内钉松动、断裂，膝踝关节功能正常。 结论 对于胫骨下段不稳定骨折的治疗，闭合交锁髓内钉是一个较好的选择。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of interlocking nail in treatment of tibia fractures.Meth-ods 50cases of tibia fracture were treated with closed reduction under X-ray and internal fixation with interlocking nail.Among the cases，11were closed fractures and6were open fractures(typeⅠ2cases，typeⅡ2cases and typeⅢA2cases).Results 46cases were followed up from3to15months(average12months)，and were evaluated ac-cording to the criteria of Johner Wruh.The results showed excellent in45，good in2and bad in1，no infections.All fracture healed ......
