【摘要】 目的 探讨手术方法及其术后护理对犬胸段人工食管移植成活率的影响。方法 用8cm长的人工食管分别原位替换30只杂种犬的胸段食管，采用“内套式”吻合法，间断、全层缝合，并按人的护理要求进行护理。结果 30只实验犬手术的成活率为96.7%，吻合口瘘的发生率为3.3%。结论 精密恰当的手术与精心细致的护理对于提高犬胸段人工食管移植的成活率有较大的帮助。
