【摘要】 目的 探讨磁共振移床扫描技术在脊柱外伤诊断中的应用优势。 方法 使用Philips Gyroscan Intera1.5T超导磁共振成像系统及其配置的全脊柱相控阵线圈，对160例脊柱外伤患者进行移床全脊柱扫描。结果 160例均获得满意的全脊柱影像，对外伤的部位、脊髓损伤程度一目了然。 结论 磁共振移床扫描为全面观察脊柱外伤情况提供了可能，是脊柱外伤、尤其是多发脊柱外伤的首选检查。它为诊断定位及手术治疗提供了准确、全面的影像学资料。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of MRI mobi-track scanning technique in diagnosis of spinal cord contusion.Methods 160cases of spinal cord contusion were performed mobi-track total spine scanning with1.5T Philips Gyroscan Intera MRI system.Results All cases obtained good images of total spine which clearly displayed the position and degree of contusion.Conclusion MRI mobi-track scanning technique provided a new method to observe images of spinal cord and get accurate and full image materials ......
