滋阴补肾活血法对糖尿病视网膜病变视网膜微循环影响的临床研究

     【摘要】 目的 观察滋阴补肾活血法对糖尿病视网膜病变的视网膜微循环的影响。方法 采用随机单盲、双模拟、前后自身对比后组间比较的试验方法,以目前比较公认的糖尿病视网膜病变有改善作用的导升明胶囊为对照药物,观察二至明目胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的眼底出血、渗出、视网膜微动脉瘤、荧光素渗漏、毛细血管无灌注区等视网膜微循环指标的改善作用。结果 二至明目胶囊治疗组的眼底出血面积的减少明显优于对照组(P<0.05);眼底渗出面积、视网膜微动脉瘤数量、荧光素渗漏面积、毛细血管无灌注区面积的变化两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 滋阴补肾活血法能较好地减少糖尿病视网膜病变的出血面积,对视网膜渗出、微动脉瘤形成、荧光素渗漏、毛细血管无灌注区的形成的疗效与目前较为公认有效的导升明疗效相当。

    Effects of nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow on microcirculation of retinal of patients with diabetic retinopathy

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow on the microcirculation of retinal of the patient with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods The 43 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups (treatment group and control group) randomly.The patients in treatment group were given Erzhimingmu capsules and the patients in control group were given Daoshengming capsules.All the patients were examined by fluorescence fundus angiography before treating and 12 weeks after giving treating.And the changing of bleeding area,exudation area,number of microaneurysm,fluorescence effusion area,and capillary nonperfusion area was observed in each group.Results The therapy of nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow can reduce the bleeding area more significantly than treating with Daoshengming capsule and can reduce exudation area,number of microaneurysm,fluorescence effusion area,and capillary nonperfusion as effectively as Daoshengming capsule.Conclusion The therapy of nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow can improve retinal microcirculation of DR effectively by decreasing bleeding,exudation,microaneurysm,fluorescence effusion and capillary nonperfusion. ......
