【摘要】

    目的 论证横小切口筋膜内子宫切除术的优点。

    方法 分析62例横小切口筋膜内子宫切除术中、术后情况，并与同期传统腹式纵切口筋膜外子宫全切术比较，观察手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率等。

    结果 改良式手术术后排气时间早，术后疼痛轻，术后病率少。

    结论 横小切口筋膜内子宫切除术可以在临床推广应用。
