【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人上消化道出血的病因。 方法 回顾性总结分析老年人上消化道出血患者152例，与同期住院非老年人上消化道出血患者144例就出血病因进行对比分析。 结果 老年组以消化性溃疡占首位，其次为胃黏膜糜烂占29.6%，而胃癌占6.6%，为第3位。 结论 老年人上消化道出血主要病因为消化性溃疡、胃黏膜糜烂及胃癌。
