【摘要】

    目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效。

    方法 120例患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用自拟中药方“润肠通便汤”，辅以肠动力药及植物神经调节剂；对照组服用麻仁丸治疗慢传输型(结肠无力性)便秘。7天为1个疗程，2疗程后评价疗效。

    结果 治疗组50例获得治愈，治愈率83%(50/60)，10例获好转，好转率17%(10/60)，总有效率100%。对照组治愈13例，治愈率22%(13/60)，好转33例，好转率55%(33/60)，总有效率77%。两组治愈率及总有效率均差异有显著性(P<0.01)。

    结论 以润肠通便汤为主的中西医结合疗法对于慢传输型便秘具有良好的治疗作用。
