【摘要】 目的 探讨外固定架跨踝关节固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法 对17例Pilon骨折的患者行外固定架固定，其中11例给予外固定架结合简单内固定治疗，随访观察疗效。结果 随访6～30个月，均获骨性愈合，踝关节功能恢复满意。结论 外固定架跨踝关节治疗Pilon骨折可以很好的恢复胫骨长度及踝关节面的平整，临床效果满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pilon fractures were fixed with external fixator across angle joint.Methods Twenty four patients with Pilon fractures were treated with external fixator across angle joint,and 11 cases of all were fixed with external fixtor and simple internal fixation.Results All cases were follow-up for average 10 months,All the fractures healed up well,angle joints movement and functions were excellent.Conclusion This operation can recover the longitude of tibia and the smooth of angle joint.
