【摘要】 目的 探讨改进法腓骨移植治疗复杂性胫骨缺损手术配合。方法 针对胫前周围皮肤软组织条件不良的胫骨骨缺损取带血管腓骨及其复合组织瓣移植进行修复与重建的术中特点，在采用改进法切取腓骨及复合组织瓣时进行熟练手术配合。结果 16例带血管腓骨及复合组织瓣手术切取时间为25～40min，16例移植腓骨均一期骨愈合。结论 采用改进法进行带血管腓骨及复合组织瓣切取较常规腓骨切取时间有极大缩短。术中体位的变化、手术器械的良好准备及吻合血管的熟练配合是手术成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the operative cooperation of improved fibular grafting for the severe defect of tibia.Methods Based on the characteristics of defect of tibia combined with unhealthy soft tissues,the improved method of operative cooperation was suitable to free vascularized fibular grafting.Results The operative time of freeing vascularized fibular is 25 to 40 minutes,all freed fibulas get bone healing.Conclusion The operative time of improved freeing fibula is much shorter than that of routine methods.The change of body position,good preparative of surgical instruments and skillful cooperative are the key to the success in operation. ......
