【摘要】

    目的 推广支气管镜在取异物、呼吸困难、引导插管、术后吸痰等各种急症及外科领域的应用。

    方法 (1)利用支气管镜引导气管插管；(2)小儿及成人气管镜在钳管道插入取异物网篮进行异物取出；(3)利用气管镜在外科术后病人及烧伤病人吸痰、肺泡灌洗解决呼吸道通畅。

    结果 (1)对于外科手术前插管困难者，利用气管镜进行插管成功率为100%；(2)利用小儿气管镜及成人气管镜进行气管内异物取出成功率为100%；(3)在外科手术后病人及烧伤病人吸痰、肺泡灌洗对病人的愈合缩短了时间；(4)对呼吸困难的病人吸痰、肺泡灌洗解决呼吸道通畅,挽救了病人的生命。

    结论 气管镜在各种急症(呼吸困难、异物)中及外科领域(手术后及烧伤)成为抢救病人必不可少的器械和技术，希望它在今后各个领域的用途越来越广泛。

    【Abstract】

    Objective To extend the application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in surgery fields and in emergency such as getting heterobjectives,dyspnea,intubation induction,postoperative sputum suction.

    Methods (1)Intubation induction with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.(2)Taking out the heterobjectives under induction of paediatric and adult bronchoscopy.(3)Opening the air tract of postoperative and burned patients through sputum suction and alveolus lavement with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. ......
