【摘要】 目的 明确鉴别诊断，避免将瘘管口附近健牙误认为是患牙，对防止医疗差错及医疗意外的发生具有重要意义。 方法 对患有慢性化脓性根尖周炎，瘘管开口发生在牙龈表面位于唇颊侧687颗牙，位于舌腭侧93颗牙，其中发生在牙龈表面瘘管异位开口96颗牙。对患有牙周炎发生牙龈表面瘘管开口136颗牙，进行诊断治疗临床研究。 结果 对不同程度的患牙采取不同的根管治疗术或瘘管通过术，塑化，瘘管搔刮术，消除根管内的感染源，使已破坏的根尖周组织得到重新修复再生、瘘管口消失。 结论 必须通过X线检查结合临床多方面反复检查验证找出瘘管口与患牙的关系，才能做出正确诊断以达治疗成功。
