【摘要】 目的 对比观察中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗对原发性肾病综合征的疗效。 方法 选36例成人原发性肾病综合征病人在西药治疗的基础上联合中药治疗，另选36例纯西药治疗为对照组。 结果 中西医结合组总有效率为83.3%，而对照组总有效率为63.9%，两组比较差异有显著性;副作用中西医结合组为16.7%，对照组为47.2%，两组比较差异有显著性。 结论 中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征较单纯西药治疗缓解率高且副作用低。
